CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE PÁDUA RETOMA SUAS ATIVIDADES DIA 10 DE AGOSTO

O Presidente em exercício da Câmara Municipal de Santo Antônio de Pádua, Vereador Pedro Vicente Cortes Medeiros, assinou nesta sexta feira, dia 07 de agosto, Decreto Legislativo Nº 005/2020 que estabelece novas medidas temporárias de prevenção ao contágio e de enfrentamento ao COVID-19 no âmbito da Câmara Municipal de Santo Antônio de Pádua.

As Sessões Ordinárias da Câmara Municipal irão retornar, na forma Regimental, somente às segundas feiras, e em um horário alternativo, às 16 horas, com a obrigação do uso de máscaras de proteção por todos os presentes, nos termos das recomendações da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, bem como será obrigatório o procedimento de medição de temperatura corporal ao ingressar no recinto da Câmara Municipal.

As Sessões Ordinárias ou Extraordinárias serão reservadas, obrigatoriamente, a presença dos vereadores, assistentes, imprensa, ou convidados previamente cientificados à Presidência que promoverá o deferimento, ou não, de sua participação diante o grau de relevância.

Ficam mantidas as reuniões de Comissões Permanentes, de forma presencial, bem como os prazos regimentais pertinentes a procedimentos administrativos.

Ficam suspensas as atividades da Câmara Mirim, assim como a realização de Audiências Públicas, Sessões Solenes e entrega de Moção de Aplausos.

Fica autorizada a abertura do expediente externo da Câmara Municipal, com restrição de 30% (trinta por cento) de atendimento ao público. Os servidores que apresentarem sintomas de contaminação pelo COVID-19 deverão ser afastados do trabalho pelo período de 14 (quatorze) dias.
